RULES FOR ANY RESERVATION :
Booking must be made at last 2 hours prior arrival
No prepayment required.
Informations must be fully completed with name, car plate, email address and mobile phone.

RULES ABOUT VEHICLE :
Name & Car plate : (mandatory)
Max height : 1,85....No LPG
The owner of this parking building [ TRONE 62 ] and ourself cannot be responsable in case of theft, accidents or damages to any vehicles.

BOOKING CANCELLATION :
Free cancellation is accepted one hour prior expected arrival time.
In the event of a late cancellation or non show, the total amont of the booking  will be requested from you for payment.

RULES TO ACCESS INTO THE PARKING :
The guest must call at last 15 mns prior arrival to confirm his schedule.
At the expected time, the staff will be there to open the gate and driving you to the parking spot.

Several areas are exclusively reserved for guests of the Radisson Red Hotel, the Thon Parnasse Residence, few residents of Clos du Parnasse and local businesses.

GENERAL CONDITIONS : No entry and parking entrance without agreement and support from our staff.

Any violation of these rules may result in a request for removal the vehicle by the police.


RULES ABOUT PAYMENT :
Once your parking reservation is completed, payment is due + service charges upon arrival ( see updated rates)


LATER CANCELLATION / NON SHOW :
In the event of a later cancellation or non show, payment of the booking total amount will be due.

La réservation doit être effectuée au moins 2 heures avant l'arrivée

Les informations doivent être entièrement complétées avec le nom, la plaque d'immatriculation, l'adresse e-mail et le téléphone portable.

RÈGLES CONCERNANT LE VÉHICULE :

Le propriétaire de ce parking [ TRONE 62 ] et nous-mêmes ne pouvons être tenus responsables en cas de vol, d'accident ou de dommages aux véhicules.

ANNULATION DE RÉSERVATION : L'annulation gratuite est acceptée une heure avant l'heure d'arrivée prévue.
En cas d'annulation tardive ou de non présentation, le montant total de la réservation vous sera réclamée..

RÈGLES D'ACCÈS AU PARKING :
Le client doit appeler au moins 15 minutes avant son arrivée pour confirmer son horaire.
À l'heure prévue, le personnel sera là pour ouvrir le portail et vous conduire jusqu'à la place de parking.
Pas d'entrée et d'entrée de parking sans accord et accompagnement de notre personnel. 

Plusieurs espaces sont exclusivement réservés aux clients du Radisson Red Hôtel, de la Résidence Thon Parnasse, à quelques résidents du Clos du Parnasse et aux entreprises locales.

Toute violation de ces règles peut entraîner une demande d'enlèvement du véhicule par les forces de l'ordre.

CONDITIONS PARTICULIERES  : Interdiction d'entrée dans le parking sans accord et accompagnement de notre personnel.

RÈGLES DE PAIEMENT :
Une fois votre arrivée, le paiement est dû incluant les frais de service (voir tarifs mis à jour)

ANNULATION  / NON PRÉSENTATION :
En cas d'annulation tardive ou de non présentation, le montant total de la réservation sera due.

Le fait d'avoir réservé votre parking avec nous ne vous confère aucun droit de circuler dans la LEZ Bruxelles sans avoir préalablement et gratuitement effectué l'enregistrement de votre véhicule sur le site officiel de la LEZ : https://www.lez.brussels/mytax/fr/registration
